Though Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist was heralded as one of the best video-game-to-live-action adaptations yet seen, video game movies and shows still have a (perhaps, deserved) stigma about them. Luckily, that stigma hasn’t impacted the future job prospects of Mike Moh. He was SF:AF’s Ryu, and now he’s Quentin Tarantino’s vision for Bruce Lee in his new movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood:
Moh will be starring alongside Leonard DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Dakota Fanning, and more in the star-studded ensemble cast. And he might not have got there at all had he not thrown a Hadouken on YouTube first.
