As to exactly what is being improved, we have to wait and see.
After a lot of anticipation, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is out in the wild — and the reception has been mixed. While many have praised the quality of the arcade ports (not exactly “arcade perfect”, but still good) and the overall offline experience, the game’s online experience proved to be very hit-and-miss. Connection quality has been all over the place, and there is an outright bug in the lobby mode that prevents players from actually starting matches.
Thankfully, it seems the developers aren’t going to abandon the Collection without some kind of fixes. Capcom has promised upcoming improvements, with details yet to come:
Thank you for your support of #SF30th Anniversary Collection! We’ve been hard at work on various improvements. We’ll have more detailed information coming soon! Thank you for your patience. pic.twitter.com/TwLhUc4Ch0

Exactly how extensive we can expect these improvements to be is a mystery until Capcom provides those details. The lobby mode glitch is a given, but can we look forward to any other improvements to the online experience? What about Akuma in Super Turbo’s Ranked mode? We’ll soon see.
