Some thoughts on what we know, what we don’t, and what can be seen in Capcom’s V-Trigger preview.

When the North American Capcom Pro Tour Regional Finals came to their conclusion yesterday, Capcom provided a closer look at the gameplay changes coming to Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition in January 2018. Specifically, the new trailer shows off some of the new V-Triggers you’ll be able to choose from, and how the combo extenders and mix-ups that they provide may add some much-desired versatility to the game’s system. VesperArcade is also digging into the new trailer, discussing the mechanics as they are shown, and what impact they may have on the game overall.
