Movies that make you cry

Seven Pounds. It is the only movie that has ever truly made cry. Saw it again last night...bawled my eyes out. Seven Pounds and I think Crash are the only movie that has ever made cry.

If you've seen Seven Pounds, you know how sad it is. But I know that I'm not the only one that think's that the ending is just horribly sad (when it all comes together

).

Shindler's List

That's about it for me. I might have gotten watery on a handful of others, like Shawshank Redemption, but I don't consider that crying. I had streamers as a kid with Old Yeller, and Shindler's list was a heart bleeder at that least scene.

Last time I cried at a movie was the live action version of The Jungle Book. I think this was back in 1994. They fucking killed that bear. Man what the fuck. Still hella heated about that.

I teared up watching Shake Hands with the Devil.
Then when I was super baked I teared up at the end of fucking Speed Racer for some reason. I was thinking of how the Racer family had been through so much then they finally won the Grand Prix

that movie greatly exceeded my expectations despite how bad it got in a few parts..

Seven Pounds is real sad, but I had two hours to steel my tear ducts for the end. I'm not watching it again, since I don't think I could handle it.

Another real sad movie is The Time Traveler's Wife. The end of it got me real close to crying as well.

oh fuck I forgot about Up. The beginning of that movie is the saddest thing I've ever seen. Watching it, when I tried to point out how sad it was, I sobbed instead

UP! hell yeah. i can relate to the kid in the movie.
i watched that with my gf. had to turn away...i'm sure she was teary eyed as well but i was about to flat out cry. it took every muscle in my face not to.
up is one of the greatest movies i've ever seen. maybe thats just me tho.

Seven Pounds got to me really bad as well, but I think its one of the most clever/moving movies I've ever seen.

i was waiting for this and how could someone not mention the lion king???? you dont have a heart if u dont cry when simba accidently kills his own dad and then goes and pokes at him ur not a man.

Up was a pretty amazing movie. If your heart strings weren't tugged by it, then you are a rock of human emotion.

Spoiler for anyone who cares...

I am Legend with Will Smith - When he has to strangle his German Shepperd after she saved his life but he could not save her before she turned. I love dogs and grew up with one who looked very similar to the dog in the film. Pretty much any time a dog bites it is hard for me.

Also I got misty during the opening montage of Up.

Ya, it was pretty dull and uninspiring.

I found Finding Neverland pretty sad, I might have cried, not sure...
and The Man without a Face was sad but I didn't cry.

The Color Purple...tho I had to force that tear out after like an hour, lol...when she finally met her kids towards the end...and I also felt kinda sad for Danny Glover at the end too...
