they look great though, dictator doesn't appear to be too hulky like he is in alpha so thats good. now they just need to slim sagat down a bit.

I haven't checked the SF4 news in a while but judging by the angles those look like the in-game shots from their winning quotes and if that's the case then I'm really impressed by how much the graphics have stepped up!
The characterless 3D look has completely gone and this looks so much better with its cel-shaded style. Looks like Ono really did want the 'moving painting' effect.

Yeah, those are from their win animation screens. Boxer punches out the camera, Claw...I dunno, looks pretty or something, Sagat folds his arms and is all "yeah, I beat your ass", while Dictator...I forget, I think he hovers and emits some psycho power from his palm or something.
Dictator is closest to his CvS incarnation. Claw's in-game model only had brown hair IIRC. Sagat is still beefy, so that puts him closer to the Alpha look than his lanky look from ST.

The game is looking better and better.
Dang, Claw is super bad-ass looking. Boxer looks ridiculous, but I guess that's his character, and Sagat and Dictator look pretty cool. But yeah, go Claw.
