GameStop recently revealed what we can expect when purchasing the Collector’s Edition box for Street Fighter 4, and its left a few of us with more questions than answers. Eager CE buyers can expect a copy of the 65 minute Street Fighter 4 Anime movie (on BluRay for ps3 owners!), and a comic-book styled game hint-book. You will also get a limited edition figure with your purchase; Ryu for the ps3 and Viper for the 360. A soundtrack CD is also listed. Lastly, you will recieve 5 downloadable costumes for the characters as a bonus.
What does that last part mean for downloadable costume content, exactly? Will they be downloadable one by one? In packs? How much can we expect to pay for a pack of 5 costumes? Is it going to cost a fortune just to get the new outfits? Will alternate Sagat ever give Alpha Chun her pants back?
Preorder this soon if you are thinking about getting the CE box. You can always downgrade to the normal copy later.

screw that, I rather have a viper figure, Ryu figures are a dime a dozen. Plus all my friends (that will actually buy it) are getting it on the PS3 (like me) so it’d be nice to have something different than them.

I don’t own a Ryu figure, and everyone I know will be getting it on the XBOX 360, so I am sort of stuck playing it on the 360 as well. Oh well, Viper figure it is.
Also, does Capcom package their Collector’s edition games better than Midway, b/c MK vs. DC Kollector’s Edition had horrible packaging, with the game coming in a sleeve?

The costumes will just be a free download I’m sure. Maybe non CE owners will have to pay, but now way for the CE people.

PS3 is where its at best competition for fighters, i use my XBL for shooters only PS3 for Adventure, Fighting, RPG, E.T.C.
