New battle themes coming to Dissidia Final Fantasy NT in October

As part of a recent update, Dissidia Final Fantasy for arcades received a number of new battle themes. Now, Square Enix has announced that these are coming to Dissidia Final Fantasy NT for PlayStation 4.

The new battle themes coming to Dissidia Final Fantasy NT are arranged versions various classic songs from the Final Fantasy franchise; among these are “Matoya’s Cave” from Final Fantasy, “Forbidden Land of Eureka” from Final Fantasy III, and “Jenova Absolute” from Final Fantasy VII.  These are set to arrive sometime in the second half of October.

The battle themes being added are as follows.

  • Matoya’s Cave –arrange- (Final Fantasy)
  • Forbidden Land of Eureka –arrange- (Final Fantasy III)
  • Final Fantasy IV Main Theme –arrange- (Final Fantasy IV)
  • Jenova Absolute –arrange- (Final Fantasy VII)
  • Battle 2 –arrange- (Final Fantasy IX)
  • Goddess Divine –arrange- (Final Fantasy XI Online)
  • Knight of the Goddess –arrange- (Final Fantasy XIII-2)
  • Triumph –arrange- (Final Fantasy XIV Online)

As part of the announcement, Square Enix has released this new trailer showcasing the new battle themes.
