It seems that Bandai Namco’s Jump Force isn’t the only Shonen Jump fighting game in development. Konami has released details of their own fighter based on the storied manga publication.

Weekly Shonen Jump Jikkyou Janjan Stadium is a four-player mobile platform fighter that presents characters from multiple Shonen Jump franchises as super-deformed “Janjan Characters” from Konami. The game will feature characters from 39 Shonen Jump titles such as Dragon Ball Z, One PieceDr. SlumpHunter X Hunter, and My Hero Academia when it launches on iOS and Android later this year. In addition to this, characters and franchises are planned to be added sequentially after release.

Being a mobile game, Weekly Shonen Jump Jikkyou Janjan Stadium uses a simplified control scheme that allows players to pull off special moves (SP moves) with only one button.

More info about the game is set to be released on both Shonen Jump and V-Jump magazines  in the future. In the meantime, check out the trailer and some screenshots.
