Decision fatigue is defined as “the deteriorating quality of decisions made by an individual after a long session of decision-making.” It is a very real phenomenon in humanity, and competitive gamers know this feeling — and its tendency to creep up after any tournament or long training session — all too well.

Even though a certain amount of fatigue is unavoidable in the mind during a match, there are steps and lifestyle choices you can make to ease its effects.
