Pocket Rumble

Last year, we received word that Pocket Rumble would be getting a Nintendo Switch port. Now, we have an idea of when the NEO GEO Pocket-styled fighter will be arriving on Nintendo’s console-slash-portable hybrid.

Cardboard Robot Games and Chucklefish have made an announcement stating that work on the Switch port of Pocket Rumble is complete. As such, fans should expect the game to launch on the Switch before the end of July 2018. In addition to this, to apologize for the port’s delay, they will be giving a free copy to all of the players who backed Pocket Rumble over on Kickstarter. To receive their free copy, backers will have to send an email to contact@chucklefish.org with their forwarded pledge confirmation, and their region.

With the release of the Switch port, development on Pocket Rumble can now focus on additional content for the game. As such, when all the content is complete, the PC version will finally leave Early Access, and the Switch version will also receive a substantial update with all the content. All of these updates will be available for free.
