The time has finally arrived. Not only will “every battle define you” in Injustice 2, but the clashes between DC heroes and villains, as well as a variety of guests, will now be Legendary — as the Injustice 2 Legendary Edition, which contains all 10 previously-released DLC characters (Darkseid, Red Hood, Sub-Zero, Starfire, Black Manta, Raiden, Hellboy, The Atom, Enchantress and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello & Raphael) and all Premiere Skins, including a brand-new Bruce Wayne attire for Batman, is now available.

It includes a myriad of new Epic Gear Sets for every character, Legendary Multiverses for DLC characters, as well as an increased character level cap, brand-new Gear Augments, and the Learn Hub: a massively expansive Tutorial that teaches you both the ins and outs of the game, as well as the meaning of frame data and character-specifics, in the event you’re wanting to brush up on a match-up or add a new fighter to your squad. It can all be yours for $59.99 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. For current owners of Injustice 2, the Legendary Edition patch already went live last Thursday. You can see the trailer below — as well as a short list of patch notes, and new Epic Gear Sets for Hellboy, Batman, Robin, and Black Adam.

• No balance changes were made with this update
• Level cap raised to 30
• New Legendary Multiverses (DLC Characters) have been added
• A new tutorial has been added
• New Gear Sets have been added
• Stats adjustments to level 20 gear have been made
• Regen tokens obtained prior to the update have been converted to Credits
• An additional Ability Slot can be unlocked at level 30
• Additional Inventory slots can be unlocked at level 25
• Additional ways to obtain Epic gear have been introduced
• A new Premium skin is now available – Bruce Wayne
• PC version – A fix was made to Michelangelo’s “Shell Mill” move to behave like the console version
• Additional Bug Fixes

During the previous Watchtower Livestream, Steve “16-Bit” Brownback noted that the two bug fixes that would slightly effect gameplay were aimed at the TMNT, specifically Leonardo and Raphael, noting that if he is hit out of his Character Power – Raphael on the first four frames or so of him coming out, Raph will no longer still throw his sai at the opponent, making this slightly weaker as defensive option for the leading Turtle. As for Raph, his Character Power – Hype Level will now remember the Level of Hype Raph is at before being Meter Burned, and will no longer incorrectly spend all of his Levels when he intended to only use a few of them.

NetherRealm Studios has also mentioned being aware of some issues with the new patch locking players out of previously purchased Shaders if downloaded before a specific time on Thursday — as well as an issue with Legendary Mutiverse progress being erased — hat they promise to address in a future patch.
