Toryuken returns on May 19th and 20th at the Hyatt Regency in Toronto, Ontario

Toronto Top Tiers’ premier major Toryuken is back for another year, and has announced its move from the Holiday Inn Yorkdale in Toronto to the Hyatt Regency in downtown Toronto for May 19th and 20th. This two-day event features a plethora of titles — much like last year — and always draws a large number of players from across North America.

This year, the event will be hosting the following tournaments over the weekend:

  • Tekken 7 (Playstation 4)
  • Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition (PlayStation 4)
  • Super Street Fighter II Turbo (Supergun)
  • Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite (PlayStation 4)
  • Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 (PlayStation 4)
  • Injustice 2 (PlayStation 4)
  • Samurai Showdown V Special (PlayStation 4)
  • The King of Fighters XIV (PlayStation 4)
  • Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon S (Super Famicom)
  • Blazblue: Central Fiction (PlayStation 4)
  • Garou: Mark of the Wolves (PlayStation 4)
  • Windjammers (PlayStation 4)
  • Mortal Kombat 9 (PlayStation 3)

Also of note is that their Super Street Fighter II Turbo tournament is a stop in the Tournament of Legends 3 qualification process. Make sure to sign up for this exciting event!
