With Dragon Ball FighterZ‘s open beta taking place this weekend, many players are eagerly looking forward to the beta client becoming available for download. This is so that they can download it early, and not waste any time downloading it when the beta is live – time they can spend playing it instead, of course!

Well, for those in Europe and Australia, the wait is now over as the Dragon Ball FighterZ open beta client is now available for download on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This includes both the pre-order exclusive early access client, and the regular client for those who still haven’t pre-ordered.

The filesize for the beta client is actually quite small – only 2.4 Gigabytes – which means players wont really waste much time downloading it (or freeing up hard drive space). Players on Xbox One can download it here, while those on PlayStation 4 can do so here.

As for players in other regions, the beta clients are as of yet unavailable for download. Stay locked on to Shoryuken for news on when they become available.

[UPDATE: It seems to be rolling out to North America as well in a fairly timely fashion; it is confirmed to be currently available to download from the PS Store in Canada — at least for early-access users, and from the console interface — it doesn’t appear on the web browser-based store for Canada or USA yet. Expect to see it in your region soon!]
