Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 New Character Fu

Who woulda knew it would be Fu?

Bandai Namco announced that the original character to be included in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2‘s Extra Pack 2 would be none other than the child of Towa and Mira, the youthful demon Fu. (pronounced “few”) While technically, not unique to Xenoverse, Fu does take root from the same source material, Dragon Ball Online.

Fu’s upcoming inclusion may signal the return of Towa and Mira in a new story mission. What’s truly curious, however, is that this character could have been saved for an eventual Xenoverse 3 title, but with all of this new content still being added to Xenoverse 2, a sequel may be further than previously thought.

Other new content heading to the Conton City include a new story mode where players are able to fight side by side with their mentors, costumes from the original Dragon Ball series, and new, undisclosed “Irregular Attacks.” Bandai Namco also announced a release window for Extra Pack 2. The DLC and the assumed free update as is the Xenoverse tradition, will be available February 2018.

As reported earlier, there is still more content coming to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. A new form for Goku is on its way, as well as some kind of collaborative content between Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Dragon Ball FighterZ.
