“Super Street Fighter Carnival 2017” is the regularly occurring tournament series of Japan’s famous Mikado Arcade. This series focuses on arcade titles of old, bringing out high level play for a variety of games. We are halfway through this tournament season, so you can catch up here if you missed any of the action.

Today’s tournament entry is 1996’s Virtua Fighter 3: Team Battle, which is the arcade re-balance of the legendary 3D fighter Virtua Fighter 3.

While the above is the main event, you should know that Mikado really loves VF3tb. As such, they also shared an additional hour’s worth of footage from after the event, just in case the main tournament wasn’t enough for you.

You can follow the action by subscribing to Mikado’s official YouTube channel. You can even try to catch them when they livestream!

Hey, I'm just a 3D-head in a 2D-world. I like pretty much all FGC stuff, and I really like hearing about the way people think about games.
