We are just two tournaments away from having the Capcom Cup picture mostly fleshed out. While there will be one player who earns their way in through the last chance qualifier in December — and NuckleDu has automatically punched his ticket — we will know the other 30 players after the Latin American Regional Finals and Canada Cup.

In this video breakdown of the two events, we see the implications of this “Do or Die” time on the Capcom Pro Tour, and what it will take for players on the bubble such as NL, Xiaobao, NYChrisG, and K-Brad to enter. We also see that players like Xiaohai — who was a favorite last year in Capcom Cup — have their backs against the wall, needing to place 2nd or higher at Canada Cup to get in.
