The river of Street Fighter V leaks keeps flowing from the Twitter of dataminer X-Kira. In his newest video, he talks about 31 new premium DLC costumes set to arrive for 19 members of the cast. These include the sport costumes for Kolin, Zangief, and Karin arriving today, as well as more Nostalgic and Holiday costumes, more special Chun-Li alternates designed by Akiman, and a mysterious “Set73” that appears to be a yet unrevealed themed collection of outfits.

The entire list is as follows:

  • Ryu: Set73
  • M. Bison: Set73
  • Chun-Li: Set73, Nostalgia, Set68, Set69, Set70, Set71
  • Karin Kanzuki: Set73, Nostalgia, Sporty
  • Ken: Set73
  • Zangief: Set73, Sporty
  • Laura: Set73
  • Nash: Set73
  • Vega: Set73
  • Birdie: Nostalgia
  • R. Mika: Set73
  • Rashid: Set73
  • Cammy: Set73, Holiday
  • Guile: Set73
  • Balrog: Set73, Nostalgia
  • Alex: Holiday
  • Akuma: Set73
  • Kolin: Set73, Sporty, Holiday
  • Menat: Holiday

To close out the video, X-Kira reveals a secret root menu displaying a tab for a “General Story Volume 2,” meaning we could see an additional cinematic Story Mode at some point, presumably following up on A Shadow Falls, released in June 2016. You can see the video below:

He later clarified on Twitter that the Set68-71 Costumes for Chun are four more alternates designed by Akiman, alongside the Set64 Vacation, Set65 Pajamas, and Set67 Undercover Cop outfits currently available — and a currently-missing Set66 — for 8 costumes in all.

X-Kira also continued trickling out more “Cosplay” costumes of famous Capcom characters, similar to the ones we covered previously that will be obtainable in SFV:AE’s Extra Battle mode. There will be a quartet of classic Mega Man costumes: the Blue Bomber himself, Protoman, Roll, and Bass (or Forte in Japan), as well as outfits for Star Gladiator’s Hayato Kanzaki, Devil May Cry‘s Trish, Vergil, and Nero, Nilin Cartier-Wells from Remember Me, Darkstalkers’ Baby Bonnie Hood, Felicia, and Jon Talbain, Resident Evil’s Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong, Mega Man X and Zero, God Hand’s Gene, Power Stone’s Edward Falcon, Regina from Dino Crisis, Breath of Fire’s Ryu, Sengoku Basara‘s Sanada Yukimura, and Captain Commando’s Baby Head and Ginzu the Ninja (known as Hoover and Sho in Japan).

EventHubs user Flowtron — who correctly leaked SFV’s entire Season 2 character roster — has also gone on record as to which World Warriors will be receiving a few of these costumes. Chun-Li will embrace the dark by getting the Morrigan alt; Karin will be elegantly dressing as Ingrid; Ryu will be carrying the company’s mascot mantle as he dons the armor of both the classic and Mega Man X (as well as Jin Saotome); Guile will be enforcing futuristic justice as Captain Commando; Urien will continue his cleansing ways as Donovan — whose look Dan will also don as an NPC; Ken will create Reuben Langdon-caption with the Dante alt; Cammy becomes an honorary member of S.T.A.R.S. with Jill’s costume; Menat will embrace her feline side with the Felicia alt; while Ed craves more (Psycho) power in Vergil’s attire. X-Kira has even confirmed that the original “Devil’s Never Cry,” from Devil May Cry 3 will playing during the Extra Battle event to obtain Ken’s Dante costume. An extremely nice touch, if true.

You can find all of the Tweets about this below.

Naturally — as usual — the imminent arrival of this stuff in the game proper is unconfirmed until some clarification or announcements from Capcom themselves. What do you think of all of these Cosplay costumes coming to Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition? Is there anyone else you’d like to see, and who do you think will be wearing each one? Give us your thoughts in the comments below.
