Tekken 7 has sold over 2 million copies on consoles

Bandai Namco’s Tekken franchise has been on something of a roll as of late. The latest installment, Tekken 7, has now been officially acknowledged to have sold over 2 million copies on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

In a recent Tweet, Bandai Namco’s Katsuhiro Harada confirmed the games sales numbers in response to a queries online. The sales figures cover the period from July to September 2017.

As for the breakdown for each platform, Harada hasn’t given out specifics. Meanwhile, over on PC, SteamSpy shows that the game has sold over 300,000 on the platform.
