Echo Fox|Tokido has been on a tear lately, having won several high-paying tournaments since his win at Evo 2017. What’s next for him? According to the man himself, he has confidence in his abilities to take on this year’s Capcom Cup.

After Brooklyn Beatdown, Tokido sat down with The Game Haus to discuss his win. He discussed changes in not only his practice, but his lifestyle to improve his mental conditioning. He has not only started practicing Karate, but also has changed his diet to further promote better brain health.
