Tekken 7 tournament MASTERCUP TRIGGER set to take place in Tokyo on August 20th

By on August 10, 2017 at 12:00 pm

At 1:00 PM JST on August 20th, the e-sports square in Akihabara will house the MASTERCUP TRIGGER tournament. The MASTERCUP series tends to bring out some great japanese players, so fans of Tekken 7‘s highest levels of play won’t want to miss this.

While it has not been announced whether the tournament will be streamed as of yet, MASTERCUP does have both Twitch and NicoNico accounts they regularly stream on. It seems safe to say that they will be streamed or archived in some capacity, since the official announcement currently has genya1107 slated for commentary. If you’re eager to stay in the loop on this tournament, you’ll want to follow masakarijin on Twitter for the latest updates.
