As some of you surely know, Ultra Street Fighter II: the Final Challengers goes on sale on May 26, 2017. One of the interesting new features of USFII is a mode called “Buddy Battle” which, similar to the Dramatic Battle of the Street Fighter Alpha games, allows two players to simultaneously fight a computer-controlled opponent.

Buddy Battle was one of the main things featured in a recent episode of the Nintendo Minute, where hosts Kit Ellis and Krysta Yang sit down with Capcom’s Phong Tran to try the game out. In addition to Buddy Battle, they also go over the game’s color edit mode, creating colors based on Mario characters such as Princess Peach, Yoshi, and Mario himself.
