Along with a brand new Rage and Sorrow Story Trailer, Bandai Namco Europe have announced that Tekken 7 will be released for home consoles on June 2nd, 2017.

This comes directly contrary to earlier statements that the game would be releasing in “Early 2017,” and means that the original version will have been present in Japanese arcades for more than two years before home gamers get their hands on it.

The trailer also confirms the existence of a special Collectors edition of Tekken 7, which includes a “Unique Game Mode, Special Character and Exclusive costumes”, alongside a steelbook, soundtrack and a figure featuring Kazuya and Heihachi.
