Tokyo Game Show 2014 will be one of a few chances for players to earn some ranking points for the Capcom Pro Tour within Japan. Mad Catz is hosting a 64-player Ultra Street Fighter IV tournament that despite the cap will be incredibly stacked, with players from all over Japan and even some from overseas. Mad Catz’ Daigo Umehara, Tokido and Mago; Razer’s Fuudo and Itabashi Zangief; Evil Geniuses’ Justin Wong, Momochi and ChocoBlanka; YUBIKEN’s Jayce the Ace; Black Eye’s NEMO; Bonchan, Kazunoko, EX Pugera, Kyabetsu, Eita and Mike Ross are just a sample of the names competing in today’s event. The grand prize of the event? A paid trip to Evolution 2015.

This single-elimination tourney will be first-to-two games until semi-finals on, where matches will be first-to-five games. In addition to the tourney, will be a exhibition pitting Mad Catz’ Umehara against Black Eye’s NEMO.
