UPDATE – Ultra Street Fighter IV is officially available through Steam as both a complete retail release and a digital upgrade. Get your downloads started and jump online!
Eagerly awaiting the PC release of Ultra Street Fighter IV? Well, your wait just got a little easier, because the timing of its availability was just pushed up!
According to an announcement by Capcom representative wbacon, they were recently able to confirm the update’s launch times with Valve, and it’s much sooner than expected. While Ultra’s official page on Steam originally stated it would be released tomorrow at noon, it now shows that players will be able to jump into the game as early as tonight.
Below, you’ll find a smattering of times reflecting when Ultra will unlock in various countries across the globe.
- United States – 5:00 PM PDT / 8:00 PM EDT
- United Kingdom – 1 AM
- Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd – 4 AM
- Japan, Korea – 9 AM
- Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei – 8 AM
- Brazil – 9:00 PM
- Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris – 2 AM
- Eastern Europe – 3 AM
- Brisbane – 10 AM
If you’ve yet to pre-order your copy of Ultra, you have just under an hour to do so. Be aware that purchasing the game early will grant you access to the unique costumes created by UDON for the five new cast members.
UPDATE (5:22 PM PDT) – Green Man Gaming provided an update on when their customers can expect keys to be made available, saying, “Capcom have pulled forward the release to midnight and as such our USF4 keys will be released in the next few hours. This process may take a short while to complete so please be patient and check your inbox regularly for an email containing your key.”
