Team NINJA Possibly Teasing Another New Character for Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate Arcade

Team NINJA recently posted a picture on the Twitter account that seems to be teasing a possible new character for Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate Arcade. At first glance, the image (featured below) looks to be that of Tengu, the fan-favorite boss character from Dead or Alive 2.

However, many fans on both FreeStepDodge and in Shoryuken’s own forums have pointed out that, upon closer inspection, the image appears to be of a female character. If this does turn out to be a new fighter, they will be the third to debut in arcades after Marie Rose (who is now available on console as downloadable content) and Phase-4.

Another possibility is that this may be an alternate costume for Ayane.
