A few new bits of information recently surfaced for fans anticipating the Western release of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle. The CyberConnect2 crossover will be heading to the North America, Europe, and Australia later this year, bringing with it all the latest updates and balance adjustments that have been made available through the Japanese release.
But that’s not all. Destructoid is reporting that this new release will also come bundled with a brand new arcade mode that wasn’t present in the original version, allowing players to take on a randomized set of opponents, earning gold along the way to purchase power-ups and other useful items for the next fight.
Unfortunately, this updated version will not be given as wide a release as its Japanese counterpart according to new details from Gematsu. While digital copies will be available through PlayStation Network, those looking to go the physical route will only have two online options available to them: Amazon and publisher Bandai Namco’s Club Namco.
UPDATE – Crunchyroll has revealed a slightly narrowed release window for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle, reporting that the title is slated to land in North America, Europe, and Australia sometime in March.
