Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- Likely a Next Generation Title, Will Show Up at E3 2014

It looks like companies are already making plans for E3 2014 not even a week after E3 2013 has closed. In a statement to Siliconera, Arc System Works president Minoru Kidooka said that Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- would be making an appearance at next year’s E3, along with creator Daisuke Ishiwatari. Kidooka said that Arc is currently “brainstorming” and that it is likely that the game will be a next generation title. Arc System Works is already confirmed as a developer for the PlayStation 4.

I got to speak with Aksys, who localizes Arc System Works’ games here in America at E3. They said that maybe next year they could set me up with an interview with Ishiwatari to talk about Xrd -SIGN-. Until then, stay tuned for a fantastic E3 interview with Arc’s Toshimichi Mori and Tatsunori Ishikawa about Blazblue Chrono Phantasma, which we will be posting shortly.
