Dead Or Alive 5 To Add Replay and Upload Support with Ver 1.03 Patch

Dead Or Alive 5 seems to be getting a lot of post launch love from it’s developers these days. Take the new Version 1.03 patch  for example, which is set to add the ability for players both record and upload their matches. 360 users will be able to upload the matches to Facebook, while PS3 users will get both Facebook and Youtube uploading support.  Team Ninja released the above video as an example of what’s to come.

A full list of changes has yet to be released, but rest assured there are other tweaks in the works.

    Great to see significant support continuing. DOA5 deserves it.

    And before people bitch at Team Ninja, it’s not their fault Youtube isn’t supported for 360. Microsoft refuses to allow Youtube account sign-ins for most games on 360.

    The Iron Galaxy ports Capcom publishes get around this with a hack; anonymized Youtube upload to a special channel Capcom must curate and maintain.

      Well there is away around that as well. Video’s from Xbox360 can be uploaded to FB. Video’s from facebook can be downloaded using the google chrome web browser in their original video size and quality. Thus allowing players to reupload their video’s to youtube.

    Meh as long as it somehow doesn’t add more lag to the online it’s cool. But I really want to hear them say they’ll fix the throw down  problem. I generally only like playing online if I don’t have to wait, and fighting games aren’t COD so it really is great being able to be in training while waiting for a match

    Can you do special stair throws like in DOA4? eg run down the stairs with your opponent on your shoulders and bomb him/her at the bottom.
    I’d like to get the game, seems like a few of the fun moves have been left out though.. they were rewarding when you managed to hit them.

      That system has been changed to the “Cliffhanger” game. In two stages you can knock them off a cliff they can grab. From there you can decide to do a devastating throw or attack that sends/carries/knocks them down to the bottom.

      Sort of, at least with stages with multiple floors. For example, Hayabusa can Izuna drop through walls in the house stage etc

        I thought so, then why can’t we have it. That’s all I really want for this game. Believe it or not, I this game, believe it or not, I would actually be satisfied.
