Spencer’s slant shot wire-grapple assist is one of the few ways to re-stand the opponent in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. We’ve seen this used time and again to extend combos, but Bakuhakubasugasu believes it’s better used to set-up resets. By using the wire-grapple assist after a basic Doom BnB, you can keep the opponent standing and force him into a mix-up situation. This video shows off several different resets, some of which can cross up the opponent in the corner.
