Back in mid-August, an extensive BlazBlue competition titled SUMMIT OF BLAZBLUE (SOB) was announced. A celebration of sorts for the upcoming BLAZBLUE CHRONOPHANTASMA, SOB is an event for the current version, Continuum Shift EXTEND (Continuum Shift II in arcades), made up of two tournaments: a singles tournament (organized as GODSGARDEN #7) and a fixed 3-on-3 tournament to be held at Shinjuku Sportsland.

From August to October, qualifiers were held throughout Japan for both the singles tournament and the 3-on-3 to determine the participants for the respective main events. These battles lead to this weekend, where the SUMMIT OF BLAZBLUE reaches its peak.

Much like previous events, you will be able to catch all the action live on the GODSGARDEN Twitch TV channel.

GODSGARDEN #7 – Saturday October, 27

The 7th tournament in over 3 years, GODSGARDEN #7 will take place at Asagaya/Loft A in Tokyo, the tournament series’ traditional venue. As part of the Summit, GODS#7 is planned to employ a different format compared to previous events. Instead of the usual invites and fan votes, all the participants for the tournament have been determined through qualifiers, including the last-chance qualifier the day of the event.
