What is SFII:MOVIE? by Desk

Many fans were confused about Desk’s latest combo video, which featured a cyborg fighting Ryu in what appeared to be the Super Turbo engine. To clarify, Desk has made this video detailing what SFII:MOVIE is. Mostly an interactive movie with some RPG elements, the game revolves around training a Cyborg to take on Ryu in a fan-fiction style battle at the end of the Street Fighter II animated movie.
