Today, compLexity Gaming announced that Peter “Combofiend” Rosas has resigned from the gaming team:
Today we are sad to announce that our good friend and fighting game community legend Peter “Combofiend” Rosas will be leaving our gaming family to pursue other ambitions in life.
Peter had the following to say, “It is with mixed emotions that I announce my resignation from compLexity. I’ve had a fantastic year with a fantastic company and am saddened that I am leaving but am looking forward to what the future holds. Thank you compLexity and its sponsors for all their support and I wish the company and players nothing but the best.”
We’d like to thank Peter very much for his contributions and wish him the very best in the future.
Combofiend joined compLexity along with Ryan “Filipino Champ” Ramirez in July 2011, shortly before last year’s EVO. Combofiend performed well at this year’s EVO 2012, placing 4th in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, 4th in Street Fighter X Tekken (with former compLexity teammate Mike Ross) and tied for 25th in Super Street Fighter IV AE.
