Street Fighter X Tekken iOS Tech Demo Shown at E3 2012

While no one was looking, Capcom quietly brought out a tech demo of Street Fighter X Tekken, running it on both an Apple iPad and iPhone at E3 2012. There are currently no concrete plans to bring the game out on iOS, and Capcom is using this tech demo merely to gauge interest. The demo shown at E3 only has 4 characters split into two teams, Ryu and Kazuya on one team and Chun Li and Nina on the other. Controls are similar to Street Fighter IV Volt, a big simulated joystick on the left and 4 buttons on the right – Punch, Kick, Special, and Switch for tagging. Just like Volt, hitting SP performs a special move, with the moves changed depending on whether or not a direction was pressed.

        Yeah they sure would be interested after the crap they pulled with Street Fighter IV ios lol.
         So…keep buying so they can release Street fighter X Tekken Volt with a few more characters and make the previous version obsolete.

    Capcom clearly disrespects PC gamers. While they’re (supposedly) working on the fix patches for the console ports, the Windows one is completely forgotten and abandoned (search for the game in Xbox.com if you don’t believe me).

    Did no one notice the new meter above the life bars that appeared to restrict how frequently characters could tag/in out? Are you all really that blind?

    I saw a potential game fix in the works.
