Street Fighter X Tekken producer Tomoaki Ayano updated the SFXTK official blog with news on Capcom’s presence at E3 as well as the release date for the SFXTK corrective patch announced last month.

Ayano is currently in the United States, having paid a visit to the Mad Catz headquarters in San Diego on May 30. He will be attending the annual video game trade show E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) in Los Angeles, which is scheduled for June 5-7. The PS Vita version of Street Fighter X Tekken will be on display at the Capcom booth, available for cross-play with the PS3 version of the game. Capcom will also have other titles available at the booth, but Ayano says to wait for the official word from Capcom on what those titles are.

Ayano also announced that the corrective patch for Street Fighter X Tekken is planned for release on June 14, and apologized for the month gap between the recognition of the bug and the time of the patch release. He stated that team will work hard to insure that such a bug never occurs again and will make efforts on shortening the timing of patch releases, even if it’s by a day.

Regarding the DLC planned for release on June 5, the SFXTK development team is withholding the release of “Wild Card Booster Pack 3” only. All other content will be released as planned.
