Capcom’s E3 Live Stream Set to Include SFxTK Vita Demonstration by Seth Killian and Tomoaki Ayano, BradyGames Q&A Session with Clockwork and Dr. Deelite

Brelston over at Capcom-Unity just posted the schedule for Capcom’s live E3 stream, which will be broadcast straight from the convention in Los Angeles, California. Alongside segments for Resident Evil and Devil May Cry, there will be a few presentations for fighting games as well. The first is a look at Street Fighter x Tekken for the Playstation Vita on Tuesday, led by none other than Seth Killian and producer Tomoaki Ayano. Then on Thursday, Seth returns for an extended Ask Capcom segment, where he will be fielding questions on a wide variety of subjects. Finally, BradyGames is set to host a special Q&A session with Clockwork and Dr. Deelite, who have contributed their knowledge to the company’s past few strategy guides.

We’ve included the entire schedule below, with relevant segments highlighted for your convenience. Capcom-Unity’s stream will be live every day of E3, so be sure to tune in.

TUESDAY 6/5
  • 12pm PT – Lost Planet 3 with producer Andrew Szymanski
  • 2pm – Street Fighter X Tekken Vita with Seth Killian and producer Tomoaki Ayano
  • 3pm – Resident Evil 6 Leon demo and hoodie giveaway
  • 4pm – Interview and Q&A with Tommy Tallarico for Video Games Live
  • 430pm – Interview with Greg Ferraiolo for Sumthing Digital
WEDNESDAY 6/6
  • 10am PT – DmC with creative director Tameem Antoniades
  • 11am – iPad Expo (a look at current iOS offerings)
  • 12pm – Resident Evil 6 Chris demo w hoodie giveaway
  • 2pm – DmC gameplay demo
  • 3pm – Resident Evil 6 jake demo w hoodie giveaway
  • 4pm – Trivia Prize Off!! (Tons of free codes to give away!)
THURSDAY 6/7
  • 10am PT – Resident Evil 6 w executive producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi and producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi
  • 11am – DmC gameplay demo
  • 12pm – Lost Planet 3 gameplay demo
  • 2pm – Ask Capcom with Seth Killian
  • 3pm – BradyGames Q&A with Dr Deelite and Clockw0rk
  • 4pm – E3 wrap up, trailer showcase and closing chat with stream audience

    Tell me how a struggling game is going to help a struggling handheld? If SFxT had actually been a success on consoles I guess one could argue how all the extras might benefit the Vita, but since it is a tragedy this shit is basically just the completion of whatever contractual agreement they have with Sony. SFxT could’ve been great, instead it will probably go down in gaming history as a prime example of what happens when your put greed over product quality, and that’s the sad truth. Only things that look interesting on that list are Resident Evil 6, and Lost Planet 3.

    P.S I wouldn’t hold my breath for anything else fighting game related in Capcoms presentation.

       Right exactly.  They’re still operating under the model of the game being the success level they had predicted.  Which, arguments about whether it’s a failure or a success (they did make money) aside, it certainly didn’t reach the levels they expected it to.  If the game was carrying that level of hype, this sort of non-information would be appropriate – people would be hungry for anything. 

      As it stands, however, they really need to throw the people who still want to like the game a bone.  A different approach needs to be taken.  I really hope they make some sort of effort to acknowledge the fans’ concerns.

        You cand care about the crybabies who whine about the disc locked content. People knew exactly which characters they were paying for when they got the game. The fact that the future content for the game was already on the disc means that it is a less expensive and less intrusive way to deliver the content, and gave the people who paid for the content a way to use it when playing people online who choose not to pay for it, unlike when MK released its new characters that if the asshole you were playing online didn’t download the character, you couldn’t use what you paid for.

Neither the game or the handheld are struggling as much as the sour grapes crowed wishes it would. The thing is most people, while waiting for the bug to be fixed are not trying some game from another company but going back and breathing new life into SSF4AE2012. Even with the SFxT bug I find matches quicker online for that game then I find for SCV, KOF13, or MK
