…In all seriousness, good matches, making that Tekken itch hard to scratch.  And T6 just isn’t going to do it for me in the meantime.

TTT2 and skullgirls are two totally different kind of fighting games dude but thats ur opinion so like who cares its not gonna stop anybody from playing it so try again

I’m not agreeing with the other guy at all, but if you’re hit by any of Tekken’s unblockables on a competitive level, you probably need to train more. Lol

This game feels clunky,still, stiff, slow, and the same thing all over again. The backgrounds are just big photos that don’t move with the level-that’s so 90′s. The punches and kicks on contact feels like someone throwing powder on them. The Soul Calibur team is much better. Other than the cool looking character models, I don’t see how people like this game.

its fun guy. Its not my favorite fighter (I wish they took out rage mode) but its a solid fun fighter and thats all that matters.

i agree with ya but ima give this game a try sense i havent played a tekken game sense tekken 2 when tekken 1 and 2 came out it was new and gameplay was different but after that its was like ok back to street fighter and mortal kombat the tekken gameplay is like something that woulda been on the atari LOL best graphics tho next to mvc3 and mk9

True and, false because there are guess and, win setup’s in Tekken. The latest example would Hwoarang’s killing hawk tag assist set up in TTT2. Even before TTT2, some characters have unblockable oki setup’s in T6. Everyone get’s hit by them because those setup’s are guess and, win. 

I like it because it takes skill. No i’m not being a asshole. No don’t be silly, i’m not being sarcastic either lol.

Bryan’s Taunt –> Jet Upper is an unblockable move that comes out fast, but requires an insane amount of precision (think 3 consecutive 1-frame links. Consecutive meaning getting all 3 links right in a span of 3 frames). 

The action used to perform the taunt is also “dash-cancellable”, which gives Bryan a way to move forward while representing the ability to poke – similar to how the Mishima characters are known for wave-dashing.Alongside a number of other fantastic moves, that unblockable is the foundation of why Bryan’s considered one of the top tier characters of Tekken 6 (BR). 

(Side Note: Bryan also has another quick unblockable that sacrifices damage for speed – fast enough to be a viable tool for mix-ups).

Summary: Nope, Unblockables exist in competitive play, and are used often.

As for criticism for its graphics or frame rate.. well, you have to experience the game for yourself to find out that’s definitely not true. The only Tekken game I’ve had serious problems in terms of graphics was Tekken 6 for the PSP – which was subpar only because of the high expectations set by its predecessors.
