As long as the video itself is, I question only 40 minutes being an optimal requirement to learn a character in any game.
He goes in-depth though, granted with some dodgy info, so its a good guide nonetheless.

It would require almost double the time to get a true guide for Ibuki. That being said, perhaps next month will be interesting…

The video isn’t down, it just doesn’t work as an Embedded Video. And no, Luis isn’t an alt account of mine, just someone who disagrees with your view of the guide.

Part of me wants me to watch this the other half doesn’t and wants to go through the trails and tribulations in learn the character. 

Just wanted to chime in. This isn’t meant to be the end all tutorial for Ibuki. That is indeed why I mentioned that it’s one of the best resources if you’re picking up the character. The video itself is referred to as an introduction. There aren’t many other sources out there with this much info out there for people who are just learning.

That was just bad wording on the maker’s part, and a joke that came out too specific on mine.
Pass half way, there’s very little a person just learning the ropes who’s playing with people on the same level should be concerned about. You even can take a shorter time comprehending it from match experience and specialized videos.
Looking at the video description, he’s not even remotely done explaining.
