i like the idea of keeping the game as is and focusing on a new darkstakers or new street fighter or just a new fighting game. there are more good fighting games comeing out over the next few years than i can afford…and im thankful for that. now which ones to get first? probally soul cal 5, blazeblue shift 2,street fighter cross tekken.

Seriously though, I’m content with the games that are out now.  I’d rather that we have time to develop and explore the metagames for UMVC, KoF, etc., and other games that are still very new.  Personally I wouldn’t at all mind 3 or 4 years to really dig into UMVC, and as we know from past experience oversaturation of the market can be harmful to the community anyways.

Considering Capcom has built the universe of the Versus games to encompass a wider area, the idea of “Marvel vs. Capcom” is gonna have a hard time going back to that. If they could get away with anything like that without complaints, it would probably just be an X-Men fighting game.

id love to see Marvel Vs DC someone has to do it. MVC 4 would be cool but we need a better roster. we need megaman x / and carnage or venom. less xmen more spiderman characters.
