The first major event in Australia’s fighting game tournament calendar kicks off on February 17th-19th,
2012 with the Tenth Annual Ozhadou Nationals.
Ozhadou, Australia’s premier fighting game community, is hosting the country’s longest running game
tournament.
In 2012 OHNX will attract gamers from around the country to compete for the title of National Champion
in each tournament game, and for qualifying points to enter the world’s biggest fighting game tournament,
EVOLUTION, as part of the ROAD TO EVO series.
OHNX will be livestreamed to a large and ever hungry gaming spectator audience. The excitement for
major national events is an anchor in gaming culture and we encourage media, players and spectators of

ROAD TO EVO
The Evolution Championship Series (EVO for short) represents the largest and longest-running fighting game tournaments in the world. EVO events bring together the best of the best from around the world in a dazzling exhibition of skill and fun, as players and fans gather to honor the competitive spirit in an open format and determine a champion.
As a ROAD TO EVO tournament, OHNX top placers in each EVO qualifying title will receive points that will seed them into the major tournament in Las Vegas on July 6-8, 2012. EVO hosts tournaments with hundreds of players in each pool and a streaming audience of over 2 million unique viewers.

The OHNX: Regionals are a series of preliminary tournaments for OHNX taking place around Australia. The results of each OHNX:R tournament will be used to determine rank seeds for the official tournaments at OHNX.
