UMvC3 Zero Combo Video — “Burning the Bar!” by TackleTackleHeadbutt

It’s a pretty well known fact at this point that Zero is a fairly powerful character in Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. The variety of stuff we’ve seen coming out of tutorial videos, combo videos, and match videos have all been consistently astounding. Well, we got another little piece to add into the mix: This small practical combo video by   has got some more interesting set-ups and combos for Zero to work with. If you head directly to the video, he’s also got a nice breakdown of each combo setup in the video and how to apply them in actual match play. A good watch to help improve your Zero game. Or at least to prepare you for someone else’s Zero game– before you get rushed into oblivion.

      Seriously, my friend and I don’t play in tourneys (he runs Zero/Vergi/Spencer) and he was doing the same stuff, albeit without all the unnecessary mids, within the first few days.

    This was awful. Anything that isn’t a corner carry into lightning loops is inefficient. Why burn net meter doing 800k damage when you can gain net meter doing 1 million damage?

    Not a good combo video. Just magic series with a few ground carries. The most impressive stuff was a jump loop. I don’t play Zero, but I know you can do far better with him.

    I’m glad he was confident enough to at least post it, but he should really try to improve his game.

    Zero player here. I don’t like it when people constantly hate on front
    page posts, especially when people have taken the time to make videos
    that look and sound good and are well edited, but Zero has many many
    better options than the combos in this video. Mods should take a glance
    at the Zero boards sometime and post some of the truly impressive videos
    being posted there.
