UMvC3 The Online Warrior Episode 9 – “Internet Rage!”

Maximilian has uploaded another episode of Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3: The Online Warrior. In addition to the normal wealth of high level online gameplay footage, this episode also includes a discussion on internet rage. From laggy matches to rage-quitting to “cheap online strategies”, Max talks about what makes him angry, and asks what makes you angry during online play. Clips of the week also make a return, showcasing some awesome online gameplay moments from fans of the series. Give it a watch, but be sure to rage-close the video right before the end.

    This game netcode is so bad. I play online like once every two weeks. 35+ hours offline 2 hours online.

    I thought you’d speak about more than just what you did. I rage a lot online. It’s not because I’m drinking (although I am!) but because the game doesn’t respond the way it does offline. It’s infuriating to lose to stuff I’ve destroyed in person.

    That said, I only got a triple KO once. The guy didn’t get Wesker’s shot off to OTG me and did a triple team. I was Spencer and they were all right in front of me so x-factor -> bionic Arm XX Shopping Cart super. Killed the whole team. The guy never responded to my “gg” message.
