Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom Costume Pack for Spider-Man, Deadpool, Hsien-Ko, and Vergil Released Early

While the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 “Evil Twin” costume pack was originally scheduled to be released on December 6th, some PSN users were able to purchase the downloadable content earlier today. This package comes with new costumes for Spider-Man, Deadpool, Hsien-Ko, and Vergil. Youtube user OsakaKunio uploaded some footage of the new costumes in motion as a preview for those that weren’t able to make good on the mistake.

  Dude, even if these costumes weren’t on the disc, it doesn’t change the fact that Capcom would still have people purchase them…Just like any other game you’ve bought dlc for. The data already being on the disc just makes it easier and convenient for them to not have to send an update…if you want the content [alt costumes in this case] you’ll buy it…if not, then stfu and move along. Good, Sir.
  
  P.S. Stop bitching about costumes that you’re probably going to buy anyway. If you don’t own the game nor intend to, whats the point of even commenting…

By the time they release the last few packs most of the people willing to buy it would have stopped playing this. So yeah I doubt releasing 2 packs at a time is some oversight, but then again I wouldn’t put it past the dumb fucks at Capcom.

  I doubt that only bc most of the people still playing SF4/AE are the hardcore SF fans and the costumes are still selling well for that game. Costumes are more of a casual thing but if the costumes look good enough (which Ultimate has a LOT of cool looking costumes) the casual fans and the competitive fans will most likely buy it.
