Arcade UFO’s youtube channel now has replays of the finals sets from last weekend’s SBO 2011 Qualifier. iPeru and 801Strider took top honors, but if you missed the action, you’ll need to check out their finals match against Hsien Chang and John Choi. (nsfw)

      I personally feel that the bold and dark yet fruity and complex notes of a 1954 Cabernet compliment Yun’s high damage combos and frustratingly good pressure.

    I actually prefer a younger vintage, something like a 2006 Gran Sasso. I think what you lose in character and body you make up for with a vigour and fruitiness that really suits the Twins’ playstyle.

    Just remember to serve with something salty.

    Strider said he blocked that last dive kick high and then threw. But it looked like Hsien just whiffed it and got hit with a throw.

    Can you punish that LK Dive Kick when it whiffs like that (no block) or was that just a Stand Tech?

      After watching the replay and realizing the dive kick actually whiffed, we assume he was going for a stand tech and Hsien got thrown by it since he was expecting it to be a safe (blocked) dive kick.

    Seriously, I wonder how long one tournaments poor performance is going to haunt Mr. SNK. Somehow I feel like a dick and hope he never gets to forget it, but I do wish him good luck in future tournaments. ;P
