Snoooootch’s Super Freeze Slow Motion Series – Guile and Sakura

Snooootch’s Super Freeze Slow Motion video series returns after a long hiatus with two new clips. The first is Guile’s Sonic Hurricane, and the second is Sakura’s Karu Ichiban. For those that don’t know, Snoooootch uses the super freeze to force Super Street Fighter 4 to render the parts of animations that it normally doesn’t have to, letting you see some interesting or odd things.

All fighting games need slo-mo mode built in, like Smash Bros.

All I could think when I watched the Sakura video was this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdDpP7NM-M8&fmt=18

Anyways, keep up the good work.

I must be missing something, but I just don’t find these videos that interesting. I totally appreciate the amount of work that must go into them, but most of the time you’re not discovering anything that you didn’t already assume was there. It’s not like guile secretly gives you the finger during the animation.

So he could have given you the finger for all you would’ve known. This video clears it up

That’s really cool. It’s always interesting to know whether the gamemakers paint both sides of the fence even though nobody ever sees the back of it.
