MvC3 – Combo Video by Odo Faction

While this lengthy Marvel vs Capcom 3 combo video starts out with a lot of stuff you’ve definitely seen before, there is some really good stuff to be found later in the video. I’m particularly fond of the Spider-Man combo and the Trish/Storm stuff. Stay tuned to the end for a Wolverine flavored surprise, courtesy of Odo Faction.

This video is a total win in my book. Practicality in more than half of the combos, high reward for proper execution, high enough execution level that I won’t be seeing every person in the world hitting these up like Day 1 combos with no effort… Real fun and the wolverine combos… SO gonna troll with these after work today lolz

I think that was honestly the first time I have ever seen anybody use Taskmaster’s unblockable move, whatever it’s called.

the taskmaster setup was cool, you can use ammy assist to set up CViper focus attack the same way. i thought the spiderman combo was pretty impressive too, good payout in damage, doesnt seem tough execution wise if you get the timing down. prob most impressed with some of the haggar stuff, dont see him used as much more than an assist, im wondering if body press DHC counts as DHC trick? ill have to try that out.

  oh, and Ammy DHC trick into wolverine actually seems like it would be really good, surprised ive never seen that utilized before. hed be really good with cold star assist behind him

  If that’s the move where he grabs and launches you, I’m pretty certain it is.

  Yeah you can tell when the DHC trick sets in because the character goes into that spinning animation.

Capcom confirmed for troll when they showed Haggas with Tron at his side when revealed. who’d thought they’d work this well.

Glad to see Haggar can be involved in this stuff.

Trish + Storm was some scary stuff.

Spidey setups were just stylish.

    Hahaha. Yeah it is Brawl players and actually many former Brawl players are really good at MvC3. Airtola used to play Brawl and he’s beaten Combofiend before. Zucco is another known former Brawl player who has beaten some significant people in MvC3.

        sorry what i meant was, I only played in small 15 man brawl tournaments in an anime store and just so happen to win. i never actually took it seriously, i just played cuz it was easy money..never went to major brawl tournaments (if you want to call them major) ….but how do you know that I used to play that game? lol
