Street Fighter x Tekken – E3 2011: Character Reveal Trailer

The latest trailer for SFxT reveals a new mystery character at the end. A few sources say its Asuka, but we won’t know for sure until Capcom does a full reveal. Otherwise, check out the gameplay clips include for some ideas on how the game’s combo system is developing.

    Dhalsim is at 1:36, and Steve is at 1:50. they’re somewhat hidden behind the water.

Well as I mentioned before on here when I posted a link to this video theres no doubt its Asuka at the end as at 2:33 its very clear when you see her gloves.

Lili theres a frame on 0.05 seconds.

Some people have been talking about Ibuki because shes in the background with her friend but Im sure most of us have noticed Hugo on the construction site in SF4 but hes never come out so we cant trust backgrounds. Thats probably just a tribute to ibuki to fit the arena, I expect there will be a few arenas like that.

I never saw anything about Steve Fox or Dhalsim in this video though. What times exactly?

As far as Steve Fox and Dhalsim? What times did you see them/

At 1:35 when Sagat’s artwork forms you can somewhat make out a Dhalsim like figure next to him.

And at 1:50 you can make out Steve Fox next to Hwoarang.

  Ok so Steve Fox, Dhalsim, Asuka and Lili now. Awesome. I dont expect them to have Dudley AND Balrog in it so Im basically expecting Balrog because hes been around longer and people know him more. I’ll head to Steve for my Dudley style speed boxing I guess.

  At 0:05 and another spot I don’t remember. But the first spot is all you need, it’s blatantly her boots and dress that flash by in the CG with Cammy and Chun-Li.

also there is kunimitsu in one of the backgrounds but I would be very suprised if she makes the cut since she has not been in tekken forever. Definately Asuka, the voice is unmistakable

  The voice sounds different to me, but yeah, definitely Asuka’s gloves. Really hope Capcom do a good job on her and Yoshi. Could make or break it for me.

Nice job on catching Steve Fox & Dhalsim in the extra Bubbles that get wiped out. Lili was pretty much a give away if anyone decided to pause the intro(yes, shoes are her exact style and color scheme with the skirt) Asuka is easily spotted on the train fighting Chun-Li. once the light strike her you can see her clothing style. character at the end is Definitely Karin without a doubt. 1 her use of Japanese language is that or proper or rich person. 2 the gloves she’s wearing which no other street fighter girl wears(not even a tekken girl) last but not least the last hint was her legs are bare and the clothing around her neck is black. look up karins pics from google “street fighter karin” and you’ll have your proof.

  Not only is your Karin theory shot in the foot by the fact that the point of the CG movie is Street Fighter peeps vs. Tekken peeps, it’s also shot in the other foot by pausing at 2:33 and then comparing the glove there to Asuka’s.

I think its Adon behind Sagat. It would make a lot more sense considering that all the other sf character pairs revealed so far have had some sort of story relation to each other.

I do hope having both Kunimitsu and Sarai in the backgrounds of that stage hint at Yoshimitsu and Ibuki confirms.

Though they could just be cameos and nothing more…

my thoughts so far:… Lili and Asuka… obviously… they coulda just saved us some time and told us… it’s not like we can’t see both of them… as for Sagat and Howarang’s ‘partners’ tbh they look like Adon and Steve respectively… and that makes plenty of sense too… characters im still expecting are Viper, Dudley, Vega, and Honda from the SF side and Lee, Yoshi, Alisa, and Bryan from Tekken… just my 1/50th of a dollar
