iPhone – Street Fighter IV Volt

Capcom quietly announced a new version of Street Fighter IV for iPhone, subtitled “Volt: Battle Protocol”. This new version adds WiFi match play, and four new characters. Though one of the characters is unannounced, you can play as Balrog, Vega, and Cody on your iDevice soon. Check out the trailer below.

The game is on display on the E3 showfloor. I got to spend a little time with it, and of course chose Cody. It plays exactly like the past iOS version did, so you know exactly what to expect.

    SF needs a higher resolution and a native iPad version. I have an iPad and the iPhone controls are sucktastic on there, give me a 6-button control scheme that actually DOES FIT o nthe iPad screen, verse the cram job done on the iPhone version.
